Notice Concerning Changes to Mississippi Workers' Compensation

Please review the PDF linked below for information on changes to the Mississippi Workers' Compensation Law. These changes were part of the 2011 Legislative Session and was set to go into effect on July 01, 2012.  A provision of the amendments require that the Workers' Compensation Commission prepare a summary of the changes made to the Workers' Compensation Law.
